I want to change the way we view diet and training. Nourishing your body and working out can be enjoyable – providing you have the right balance. Love bread? Eat it! Don’t enjoy an exercise? Know how to swap it for an alternative! I am here to help you find this balance to enable you to make a life long change rather than providing a short term fix. Empowerment and confidence comes from knowing how to push yourself through your own limits- you know your body better than anyone and can become your best expert! You will achieve things you thought never possible in the gym and with this comes an amazing courage and belief in what you can achieve outside the gym too, not to mention a gorgeous figure for all your hard work!
