When I train my clients, I want them to feel empowered. I want them to leave the session feeling stronger, happier, sexier – but most importantly educated on how to carry on the rest of the day in a healthy and balanced way.

I want to change the way we view diet and training. Nourishing your body and working out can be enjoyable – providing you have the right balance. Love bread? Eat it! Don’t enjoy an exercise? Know how to swap it for an alternative!  I am here to help you find this balance to enable you to make a life long change rather than providing a short term fix. Empowerment and confidence comes from knowing how to push yourself through your own limits- you know your body better than anyone and can become your best expert! You will achieve things you thought never possible in the gym and with this comes an amazing courage and belief in what you can achieve outside the gym too, not to mention a gorgeous figure for all your hard work!

I think it is important to share my personal journey because I want anyone who has made it to this page to know that I know what it’s like to start a diet and exercise programme when you don’t feel great about your body. Some of you may already be in good shape and just be looking to make minor changes to your physique but some may be about to embark on a bigger journey.

I know how daunting it is when you look in the mirror and see how much work you have ahead. I want all ladies to know that any goal is achievable once you make the decision in your mind that you want it above anything else and will do whatever it takes to achieve that goal.
